Itinerary

Day 1: Tangier – Asilah
Travel from Tangier to Asilah (31 km), a fortified coastal town with its original walls and gates still standing.

Day 2: Asilah – Rabat – Casablanca
Head to Morocco’s commercial hub, stop at the Hassan II Mosque, then check in to your accommodation.

Day 3: Casablanca – Marrakech
After breakfast, drive to Marrakech. Spend the rest of the day strolling around the lively Djemaa el-Fna square.

Day 4: Marrakech Guided Tour
Meet your licensed guide at 10 a.m. Visit the Jewish Mellah, Dar Si Said Museum, Bahia Palace, Jewish cemetery, Medina, Tinmel Mosque, Menara Park, Saadian Tombs, Koutoubia Mosque, Ben Youssef Madrasa, and Majorelle Gardens. Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Djemaa el-Fna with storytellers, snake charmers, musicians, and performers. Return to your Riad/Hotel.

Day 5: Marrakech – Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate
Depart early over the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 m). Stop for lunch, then continue through the Ounira Valley to visit Ait Benhaddou Kasbah. Proceed to Ouarzazate and check in to your hotel.

Day 6: Ouarzazate – Skoura – Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Merzouga
Travel through the Valley of Roses, Dades Valley, and Todra Gorge. Overnight in a desert tent near the Merzouga dunes.

Day 7: Merzouga – Sahara Experience
Explore Berber settlements, meet desert nomads, enjoy Gnawa music, and ride camels across the Chebbi dunes. Overnight in a nomadic tent.

Day 8: Merzouga – Rissani – Erfoud – Errachidia – Midelt
Wake up early for sunrise over the dunes, then travel through the High and Middle Atlas Mountains to Midelt.

Day 9: Midelt – Azrou – Ifrane – Fez
Stop at Azrou, in the famous cedar forest, then continue through Ifrane (the “Switzerland of Morocco”) to Fez.

Day 10: Fez Guided Tour
Explore the medieval city of Fez: Medina, Blue Gate, Chouara Tannery, souks, and the University of Al Quaraouine’s Medersa Attarine. Enjoy panoramic views and return to your Riad.

Day 11: Fez – Meknes – Volubilis – Chefchaouen
Visit Meknes: Bab Mansour Gate, Sahrij Suani Bassin, and Moulay Ismail Mausoleum. Explore the Roman ruins of Volubilis, then drive to Chefchaouen via the Rif Mountains.

Day 12: Chefchaouen
Full day to explore the blue city, its Medina, Kasbah, Outa el-Hammam square, and charming alleys.

Day 13: Tangier Airport
Transfer to Tangier airport or port for your departure flight.
